Shahi Mutton Kofta Recipe is a tasty and super delicious dish. It is easy to prepare and takes just about 45 minutes to make it.
Ingredients:
For Making Kofta:
- Mutton Mince 1/2Kg
- Onion 1 Large & Green Chilli 4 (Grind To A Paste)
- Dry Roasted Gram Flour 1Tsp
- Fried Onions 2Tbs
- Cashew Nuts 8 (Grind It)
- Nutmeg 1/4Tsp
- Mace 1/4Tsp
- Salt 1Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1Tsp
- Cumin Seeds 1Tsp (Dry Roasted And Crushed)
- Garam Masala Powder 1/2Tsp
- Fresh Coriander Handful
To Make Curry:
- Onion 2 Large(Grind To A Paste)
- Thick Greek Yogurt 1 Cup
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1Tbs
- Coriander Powder 1Tbs
- Cumin Powder 1Tsp
- Turmeric Powder 1/2Tsp
- Salt 1Tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1Tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1/2Tsp
- Almonds 8(Skin Off & Fried)
- Green Chilli 3
- Boiled Eggs For Garnishing 5
- Fresh Coriander Handful
- Oil 1 Cup
Method: Shahi Mutton Kofta Recipe
- mix all the ingredients under kofta with the mince mix well, and make balls keep aside.
- heat oil add grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.
- then add yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
- now add water 3 to 4 cups, wait for a boil on high flame.
- add the balls and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 12 minutes.
- then add fresh coriander, green chilli mix.
- garnish it with boiled eggs, fried almonds.
- serve hot.
