Mutton Korma Recipe is a tasty and super delicious dish. It is easy to prepare and takes just about 30 minutes to make it.
Ingredients:
- mutton 1 kg
- thick greek yogurt 2 cup
- fried onion 1 large (fried and crushed)
- oil 3/4 cup
- desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
- almonds 20 (crushed)
- cashew nuts 15 (crushed)
- saffron 1/2 tsp
- ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
- coriander powder 2 tbsp
- red chilli powder 1 tsp
- garam masala powder 1 tsp
- turmeric 1/2 tsp
- cinnamon stick 1
- green cardamom 6
- mint leaves 15
- green chilli 4 (cut in two)
- coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Method: Mutton Korma Recipe
- in a bowl add yogurt, desiccated coconut, almonds, cashew nuts, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric, ginger & garlic paste mix well.
- heat oil add green cardamom, cinnamon stick, meat and fry till changes colour, on high flame.
- now add the yogurt mixture mix well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, on high flame.
- add water 4 cups of water, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender.
- then add fried onions, saffron, mint leaves, coriander leaves mix it cover and simmer for a few minutes till the oil comes on the surface.
- serve hot with naan or roti.
